We charge approximately 40% of the fee we normally charge for a skin biopsy procedure. No Medicare rebate is payable.

Reduce your skin cancer risk

If we need to charge for a biopsy or surgical excision procedure, we may waive the cost of spectroscopic analysis. For more details, see our pricing page.

For people not covered by Medicare, could potentially save the cost of histopathological analysis performed by a pathology laboratory. For examination of skin specimens, this amount is usually at least $200, and sometimes much more.
