The cost of BBL treatment varies depending on several factors, including the provider, the location, the extent of the treatment, and the number of sessions required. On average, BBL treatment in Melbourne can cost between $300 to $800 per session.

The cost can be higher or lower depending on the condition/lesion to be treated. The number of treatments can be influenced by the results; good results may mean fewer treatments and a lower price.

As a rough guide, Spot Check Clinic charges differently according to the size of the area to be treated and how long the treatment is likely to take:

  • Treatment of a single lesion, e.g. angioma or freckle.
  • Treatment to a small area such as the back of the hands or upper part of the face.
  • Treatment for facial pigmentation/small unwanted blood vessels and general rejuvenation.

Additional areas or treatments are charged at a reduced rate. For more information, see our pricing page.

Cost is an important consideration when choosing a provider, but possibly not the most important. Keep in mind that in Melbourne, there’s no legal requirement for laser and BBL providers to have any qualifications or experience in laser safety or the diagnosis or management of skin conditions. Cheap BBL treatment in Melbourne may be available from some clinics, but there’s no guarantee of the appropriateness and safety of the treatments provided.

At Spot Check Clinic, our BBL treatments are provided only by a registered nurse or doctor with certification in laser and IPL safety.
