How to prepare

Booked a skin condition assessment? Here’s what to do next.

Complete our medical history form

If you haven’t visited us before, complete the medical history form at least 24 hours before your appointment to give us adequate time to create your records and consider safe and appropriate management options.

Prepare your skin

Clear visibility is important for accurate assessment and photography.

  • Do not wear make-up or fake tan
  • Ensure skin is clean

If you are attending for a fungal nail infection, avoid cutting your nails for several weeks before your appointment, as a small sample may be required.

Information to bring

If you’ve had your skin condition assessed previously, bring a copy of any biopsy or swab results, plus a list of any medications (topical or oral) and skin care products you’ve tried.

Book a skin condition assessment

Discuss your skin concern with one of our doctors. Your assessment includes diagnosis, treatment recommendations and planning for further care.
