He oversees the clinic’s administration, staffing, technology and operations, with a focus on creating a friendly, inclusive and efficient environment for staff and patients.

Dusko’s background spans qualifications in chemical engineering, commerce and design. He brings this multifaceted experience to the operational side of the clinic — including critical evaluation of equipment, evidence-based research review and procurement decisions.

He researches new technology, reviews clinical evidence, and works with the clinic’s doctors to evaluate whether new equipment or products meet the clinic’s standards for effectiveness, safety and value. Clinical decisions about patient care remain with the doctors.

Dusko is committed to keeping the retail product range simple and well-priced, with the clinic favouring unscented, evidence-supported topicals over “exclusive” brand products.
