Depending on your issue of concern, your appointment will be with an experienced doctor with qualifications in rosacea assessment and management from the Australasian College of Dermatologists or Aesthetic Medicine from Healthcert.
Our doctor holds a Certificate in Acne and Rosacea from the Australasian College of Dermatologists. He will take a detailed history about symptoms, triggers and the treatments you have previously tried, as well as performing a clinical examination.
Based on this information and taking into account your preferences, he will develop a rosacea management plan, which may include:
- advice on identifying and managing triggers
- advice and recommendations on non-irritant, cost-effective skincare products
- prescription of topical and/or oral medications
- intense pulsed light and/or laser treatment of redness and blood vessels
